I use Thermal Imaging to find areas in the home that may cost you hundreds of dollars per year. Insulation voids are an efficiency concern. Airflow is what heats your home in the winter. Airflow also cools your home in the summer. Air leakage around doors and windows is responsible for as much as 30% reduction in heating/cooling performance. Energy efficiency ratings determine the quantity of air infiltration, however locating points of air infiltration is a much more difficult process. Thermal imaging inspection readily identifies these locations so appropriate repairs can be preformed.


Thermal Imaging can also show leaking plumbing which causes damage to your home. Leaking plumbing causes MOLD. Buyers and Sellers alike; no one wants mold. Mold is dangerous to you families health. Leaking plumbing can also damage the homes structural members and cost you extra money for wasted water.
